 We believe the Lord has placed our church in historic downtown Wylie where we have been centrally located for over 140 years.  We have two main facilities; our Main Campus located at 100 N. First St. and our Event Center located at 200 N. Ballard Ave.

About Our Facility

FBC Wylie's Main Campus & Event Center are available for use by church members and community members for ministry, outreach, and community and public events.

We host events such as:

Rates

Rate is based on up to 4 hours per event.
Rates for event over four hours will be determined at time of reservation.

Set-up/Take-down
Set-up and Take-down fees are determined at time of reservation based on the size of the event, table/chair requirements, and room reserved.

Cleaning
There is a clean-up fee associated with all reservations. Fee is based on the size of the event and room reserved.

Kitchen
Kitchen fee is $175 for all kitchen rentals.

Audio/Visual
Lighting and Sound Technician is available upon request for an additional $40/hour (3 hour minimum).

FBC Wylie Main Campus

Sanctuary

This is a perfect space for weddings, graduations, concerts, recitals and large group events.

Size: 18,000 sq. feet
Ammenities: Sanctuary includes large stage, pew seating, and several lighting options. Advanced sound system and projection options are also available.
Occupancy: Approximately 1,100
Fees: Members $325 | Non-members $650 + $250 Cleaning Fee

Chapel

Chapel can be used for presentations, meetings, classes, workshops, or weddings.

Amenities: Standard chapel offering natural lighting, small stage, podium, piano, projector, and basic A/V equipment.Size:

Fees: Members $150 | Non-members $300  +  $150 Cleaning Fee

Parlor

Parlor can be used for presentations, meetings, classes, workshops, or receptions.

Size: 27x24 - 648 sq. feet
Amenities: 40 chairs.
Occupancy: 200
Fees: Members $50 | Non-members $100  +  $50 Cleaning Fee

Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall can be used for presentations, meetings, classes, workshops, or receptions.

Size: 1296 sq. feet
Ammenities: Appoximately 10 6' tables with 60 chairs. The fellowship hall is adjacent to the kitchen and gym.

Fees: Members $100 | Non-members $200  +  $75 Cleaning Fee

Kitchen

The FBC Wylie Main Campus kitchen is adjacent to the fellowship hall and gym. It is a great space for food preparation, serving lines, and pre-party planning.

Size: 400 sq. feet
Amenities: Kitchen is equipped with ovens, multi-range stove, refrigerator, deep freeze, ice machine, dish washer, and 3 compartment sink. It is also stocked with basic cooking utensils and cleaning supplies.
*Please note: FBC Wylie does not supply paper goods, plastic ware, coffee, tea, etc.

Mall

The mall is a large, open area perfect for group gatherings such as weddings, receptions, funerals, job fairs, etc.

Size: Approximately 3,500 sq. feet
Amenities : 
Equipped with large information desk, glassed in Connection Center area, greeting counters, large screen tvs, and beautiful stone floors. Can be set up with 25 6' tables and 150 chairs.
Fees: Member $150 | Non-member $200  +  $150 Cleaning Fee 

 

Conference Room

Conference Room can be used for presentations, meetings, classes, workshops, or receptions.

Size: 108 sq. feet
Amenities:
TV/DVD, 10 chairs around 1 large table.
Occupancy: 10
Fees: Members $50 | Non-members $100  +  $50 Cleaning Fee

Class Rooms

Assortment of miscellaneous class rooms of many sizes.

FBC Wylie Event Center & Offices

200 N. Ballard Ave.

 

 Event Hall

Large main stage area of Event Center. Is perfect for concerts, conferences, weddings, and other big events.

Size: Approximately 4800 sq. ft.
Ammenities:
Finished concrete floor, large stage, lighting, sound system, and projectors, padded chairs and table options.

Fees: Member $550 | Non-member $1100  +  $300 Set Up/Cleaning Fee 

Recreation Area

Our recreation area is a fun room for receptions, large group gatherings, dinners, birthday parties, fellowship events, and much more. The rec area can be used with the Student Ministry Room or Event Hall for an additional charge.

Size: Approximately 4000 sq. ft.
Ammenities:
4' squre tables with matching plastic chairs, pool table, fooseball table, air hockey, ping pong, televisions, and lounge seating.
Occupancy: 250

Student Ministry Room

The Student Ministry Room is a great space for concerts, meetings, and group gatherings.

Size: Approximately 3100 sq. ft.
Ammenities:
Small stage with lighting and sound system capabilities with projection screens. Chairs can be arranged in concert-style, conference seating, or dining with 5' round tables or 6' rectangular tables.
Occupancy: 150
Fees: Member $300 | Non-member $600  +  $150 Set Up/Cleaning Fee

Community Room

The Community Room is a great space for meetings, luncheons, and small group gatherings/conferences.

Size: Approximately 1000 sq. ft.
Ammenities:
6' rectangular tables, padded chairs, and television. Small kitchenette with a coffee maker, sink, dish washer, and refrigerator.

Fees: Member No Charge | Non-member No Charge  +  $50 Cleaning Fee

Conference Room

The Conference Room is a great space for meetings, luncheons, and small group gatherings/conferences.

Size: Approximately 450 sq. ft.
Ammenities: 
6' rectangular tables, padded chairs, and television.
